Storyline...
The film
revolves around the life of USA Olympian and athlete Louis "Louie" Zamperini, who after a near-fatal plane crash survived in a raft for 47 days and after that was caught by the Japanese navy and sent to a prisoner-of-war camp.
Many vintage 1930’s-era cars were used on the set such as
several Model A Fords, Lincolns, a classic black Bentley Sedan and some replica Japanese army trucks.
