Panel in Vancouver British-Columbia , Canada. He Flew over
to Vancouver and Brought it Back Across the Border.
It Probably was Owned By Someone From Bothell Washington Before That and had Never
Been Registered in Canada ... After Driving It Home and Driving Around for a Couple
of Weeks
