VonSkip's Blog... All About Hot Rods, Rat Rods, USA Classics, Old School Vintage Tin
Some thoughts on rat rod/trucks. just my opinion on the subject. While I find the idea of creative home built rods and trucks very interesting and entertaining at times. I find it difficult to see the usefulness of a heavily chopped and slammed truck such as this one here. you really can't carry much in the bed unless you were to put some sort of side rails on it. That's why I like the Chevy you recently sold. It was a real truck for doing the carrying work. I'm sure it went to a good home. By the way, hows the work on your rat truck coming along Skip? My poor old Dodge D200 needs work so bad. Hard to do in the New York State in the winter time and you have no place to work indoors.
I don't Like this one much also JS, But I think I must Post the Good and the Bad, Just For Showing The difference and Im aware that not everybody likes the same. So Think Its good To feed every ones needs here ;-) As for My 69 Truck, still is here... no one's coming for it? Dont understand but sertaincly no punishment to keep it ;-) As for my work on the Rat 47, that one it stuck in a corner as I first am finishing the 32 RPU and am working on the Coe meanwhile. Keep you posted on here, again thanks for your comment mate! Cheers Skip'
