Searching For(d) a Panel...

Today, I realised I have been searching for a 30's / 40's panel for more then over three years now...
At 2008 I nearly got this awesome 1938 Ford Panel / delivery, fresh V8 Ford engine & tranny, etc. Didn't dare to take it overseas at that time though, as it sat on a early chassis. Properly done, but Dutch laws would never approve this kind of modifications.
Sadly had to let it go. Gladly found my '47 Dodge!



pre 67 Bulletmirrors...

just discovered the existence of these real nice Bulletmirrors...
As far as I could find, they are.... universal fit aftermarket,
made before 1967 as That's when the NHTSA safety standards took effect and outlawed knockoff spinner wheel covers and about anything like this that could be construed as a pedestrian safety hazard.

What a cool item....
looks like something that just could fell off of Buck Roger's  Ranger 3 huh...

Always slightly regretted that I didn't get this bad ass looking

Don't know where it went... Never seen it again.

28/29 Ford DoubleG

Fellow Trash DoubleG brought this cool nolstalgic looking

 1928/1929 Ford RPU back from his UK holiday hook up

 with our buddie Keith H. DoubleG then desided to sell his

'65 Camino and go for the real old school stuff... Hell Yeah!

Car needed some small work to get it on Dutch registration.

Required lightning changes, etc. Even made some fenders.

 No worries, they do come off... Just to "please the officials"

Last Friday... got tested, got numbered, got registration!

Update Polle's 55 Studebaker truck...

Cleaned engine bay, got rid of useless pedals and stuff.

Just test fitted the 259 V8 Studebaker engine and tranny...

Seems it will fit with not to much of a job, maybe lucky this time?

1930's Chevy Long Bullets

got these 30's long bullet headlights off the bay a while ago...
Ruff and cheesy... "Patina?" ...the way I like it!
Some will say too far gone to use, but... we'll see!?
Maybe a quick fix upper and drop em on my 37 Ford PU... If not?
You can never have enough oldschool parts laying around... isn't it!?
